First off - I apologize. I have been in pennies where someone posts about a DTCC Chill in an effort to quickly knock the price down. I jumped to conclusions without investigating.

I actually called Ameritrade about it and they said it was chilled because of something to do with the way the shares are structured, and that the structure changed in the past few days. They couldn't elaborate further. They also said shares could be sold to close a position, but not bought

I called CMCO and was told I would be called back with explanation, but no call back yet. I will call again this morn.
