it mentioned in the newsletter that they were very close to filing the necessary filings to lift the cto band, we heard that from prior managment, what does it mean in terms of timeline, days, weeks, months, or years? in the end the confidence in any managment is measured in the SP, pretty evident not even scuba jason is instilling any type of confidence in this anymore...damage has been done
