I understand your point.

I have been in the security industry for 20 years now and have installed many of these systems. From a security standpoint I would not provide live viewing of where the cameras are looking. The system has the ability to search recorded video and export out clips that can be shared. What I was suggesting is using the cameras to document the processes. Have a camera watching and recording the goetube filling and being services. Or hell even the Brinks truck leaving the facility. Something along those lines.
