With things as they are with the SEC and the street and such, it would not surprise me to not see an end to this suit for years, the crux being that uplisting is preventable with the SEC suit overhang, thus the extended non resolution; that is why what matters most is revenue and lots of it, only then will the encumbrances be destroyed. In other words;" Money talks bull sheet walks."
On another note, if processor #3 is running. number 2 probable is not because 1 would be being retro fitted, and welding and producing oil distillate can be an explosive combo.
