Noble Energy Wraps Up Permian Basin Sale

Noble Energy, Inc. announced that it has closed the previously announced sale of certain oil and natural gas properties in the Permian Basin to Sheridan Holding Company II, LLC, a privately held Houston based oil and gas company. Proceeds from the transaction were approximately $309 million and included adjustments from the effective date of April 1, 2012.
