Very true, but I also believe that the 100 Million TV subscribers is a bloated number. I guess I could drill down in to the 10Q and 10K reports to see how many actual TV subscribers each of them have but that would take a lot of time I don't have

I, For example, am a Cable Subscriber but I have only Internet. I still count as a subscriber for the purpose of the reportable numbers.

How many more, like me, do not subscribe to the Pay TV?

20 Million (or maybe as many as 30 - 40 million if many cable subscribers are like me and only have internet) is still a Huge audience for a small TV company.
