I'm going to have to agree.
Millions being accumulated at .015
Prs starting to come after months of silence
Long drop seeing first sign of holding ground post micro rally
Volume falling as price drops= panic sellers have sold
Consistent hits to both bid and ask showing agreed fair price
Slight edge to ask smacks over bid whacks showing signs that risk of price running from large orders is to high to simply sit on the side and bid.

My verdict, GWBU has a shot at turning around.
