A. Johnson signed as the CFO/Director......

which means we have a new CEO since Thrasher did not place the press release. Also a Director position means AJ is on the BOD. And JAG was the last (and only)member of the BOD since she bought the company last year. Those folks are gone (which possibly may include Calvin) imo.


I will let you know now that there is complete new ownership within the company, in which I will remain a part of the new ownership team. Full details will be provided early next week. Thank You for your patience! Lets look forward to the future!
