Another question, I know what reverse spilt it but how does it help when it comes to investment? Why would a penny stock do a reverse split? I know big ones do it so that they can keep trading on NYSE, like CITI did. but penny stocks can go as low as they can... I hold SMHS which is a big mess and trading at 0.0001 and heard R/S is coming with 90/1 ratio. How would this help me as a investor?
