That is the patience part required. An overseas pharma company puts an NDA in Elite's hand that is likely in the pain med/opioid market which is 20billion dollars.

They will pay for the trials, Elite will do all the development and manufacturing.

I guess it is why additional information had to be released. so investors now know it is a big company with multiple FDA approved facilities overseas bring a product to the US that they can't manufacture overseas. Plus of course it is already marketed and sold internationally so we know it is alegit product.

A lot of money involved on their part. Has huge potential by itself
