I recently received the Dixie X products and decided to test them against the Dixie Botanicals products which can be purchased at a Colorado dispensary.
Yesterday my wife and I went to a dispensary in Boulder, Co. -Trill Alternatives http://www.trillalternatives.com/#!page-6
Check out their page, not only a cool presentation of Dixie products, but an overall great appeal about the medicinal values. This is what this business is all about.

My target was the following products:
Dixie Botanicals™ Pain Relief Salve http://dixieelixirs.com/products/dixie-botanicals/ vs Dixie X CBD Hemp Salve http://www.dixiex.com/index.php/dixie-x-cbd-salve
Dixie Dew Drops http://dixieelixirs.com/products/dixie-tinctures/ vs Dixie X Dew Dropshttp://www.dixiex.com/index.php/dixie-x-cbd-dew-drops

The staff knew everything about everything in there. After a few curve balls i threw the budtender brought in the lady who knew her stuff. The products were set up along the wall on shelves where you can touch and feel. Dixie had a very convincing real estate stake in the show room. There was no other brand with more combined product.
They carried the Medicated Chocolate Truffles, Medicated Crispy Rice Treats and the Medicated Fruit Lozenges. http://dixieelixirs.com/products/dixie-edibles/ The lozenges had 10 pieces, 5mg each, $10 for the package. The other candy had 2 truffles 50mg $10 and 1 yummy looking rice treats 75mg $15.

The salve was only $16.
The Dew Drops had 4 flavors. My wife chose watermelon, and then vanilla, mint and original. 100mg bottle, $25
When asked about the cbd content in the non-Dixie X products, I was told that they do not test for CBD in THC products. I bet they dont discard CBD, its in the tincture. I believe it comes up in the test, they just dont disclose, which they should. I will ask Tripp about this.

The cooler was stuffed with Dixie X Products. I dont know how many flavors they had but it looked like a rainbow of colors. I asked how popular they were and apparently they do very well. While I shopped, a fellow came in, pulled the door and grabbed an elixir like if it was a beer. That was cool.
I asked about the Dixie Botanicals Bath Salts ($26) and the lady made this heavenly expression which was enough for my wife to buy it. We also picked up the Dixie Botanical Massage oil ($16). http://dixieelixirs.com/products/dixie-botanicals/

The cool thing I noticed is the new presence of CBD products. http://www.floweroflifeinfused.com/#! is one other product which was diverse. We picked up 2 bottles. 10 caps, 10mg CBD each $15 and 25mg CBD $30.

One significant thing I understood is there is no other hemp derived CBD products. All CBD products were derived from marijuana plants rich in CBD. Which is a great product with immense value. THC and CBD work together like Batman and Robin. But hemp CBD alone are legal, non psychoactive and may have more medicinal value than THC.

CBD oil was also on the shelf. Please keep in mind it was a CBD rich indica oil, 1 g $30 in a little plastic container.
1 g of hash oil loaded in a syringe $50!!! You would use it for a Cannacig type device or ingest it like Rick Simpson.

There were many Dixie brochures and the budtenders told me that Dixie reps come in often and hang out talking to customers and educating them. It was cool secret shopping that joint.

While we was there poking around for 20-30 minutes, folks came in and out. Oil for vaporizing seemed most popular, more than bud. But it is Boulder, vape happy place. Fella who grabbed a Dixie and probably took it to the head a few minutes later made my night.

Dixie unequivocally gets the gold medal for aesthetics and product selection. The question is, are they overpriced? One 25 mg Dixie X srcip seriously packaged was going for $15, while I bought 10 caps of 25mg for $40. But again, this is not the hemp derived CBD. I will report later on the difference between the two. My wife did take one of the 10mg yesterday and did not feel stoned from the thc in it.
For the exception of the scrips the prices were very competitive, not to mention that I did not see any other massage oil, salve or bath salts. Folks working in there glowed about Dixie.

I am pretty stoked to own a piece of this company.
I will re-post this in the morning for east coast sleepy heads.
