I understand your frustration, but slamming the company and the CEO is not beneficial to you or to any of us. Let's ask some questions:

1. If this was a scam, why would SP bother to file the Q1 and Q2 financials?

2. If this was a scam, why would SP take the money from the sale of shares to buy the equipment and install the equipment into 1408 rooms at the Philly Marriott Hotel?

3. If this was a scam, why would SP open himself up to all shareholders, to ask any question and to voice their concerns? In fact, why would he have a shareholders conference call at all?

4. If this was a scam, why would SP even be mentioning a Board of Directors?

5. If this was a scam, why would Steve Truckenmiller lend his name to such a ruse? Where is his payoff?

The truth is:

1. Tivus is installed into 1408 room at the Philly Marriott Hotel.

2. Tivus is getting revenue from the installation of the Philly Marriott Hotel.

3. The revenue from Philly is not enough to sustain the daily operations of Tivus. It is my understanding that Tivus needs at least 5000 rooms installed. The Philly Marriott is a good start.

4. The Philly Marriott Hotel was the site for a Host General Managers meeting, where all the GM's got to see the Tivus system up and running.

5. With Tivus' multi-language capabilities, they are able to expand into other countries of the world, benefiting locals and tourists alike. Tivus has started operations in India and Puerto Rico.

6. Patience is a virtue. We are all part owners of this company. We all have a stake in its success or its failure. As owners, we should all be doing whatever we can to help it succeed.
