Maybe they just needed the money? Maybe they bought in at 2 cents or 2.5 cents and aren't losing as much? Decided to go elsewhere with their money since it wasn't going anywhere fast?

I find it tough to believe that they would be going under JUST as another clinic started offering their product. There would at least be a buyout of the intellectual properties / assets.

That alone should be enough to push the envelope past where most of us averaged down to...
