Well, let's look a little deeper. Suppose we speculate that the CT order has to do with the HK partner. "Coincidentally" a new MM shows up and wham pre-market even before we know about the CT PR the PPS is driven down. I saw a post which indicated that this MM does a lot of business with foreign investors. Did this just spontaneously happen? Not in my opinion. Someone knows the content and significance of the the CT, most likely far east of us across the ocean and wanted in to the game with a nice big position at a nice walked down PPS buy in. Just my opinion of course. Nothing changes the end result for Elite which we all know will be here sooner then later.
