Understood - as you already stated, the ACCUMULATION by the Arizona Investment Group and all us "little guys" could potentially result in a float-lock which would be very beneficial for the stock's PPS.

I'm surprised to be seeing this many shares sold at these post-SPFM R/S levels, after all this would constitute a 96% loss! Therefore, whomever is selling is a former insider or vendor with free-shares. JMHO
