That is not what tyhey promised the JUDGE. They claimed to have actual buyers lined up. Chomping at the bit to buy. Had they got permission to go ahead and actually get the funding as the requested and the JUDGE refused early on he said that he would get beau-coup money in SEPTEMBER.
