From the way that it was explained in the article, CBD's found in the "marijuana/canabis" plant are illegeal.Which I believe is true.

"They don't even get you high, so why are these natural, non-toxic substances illegal? Because they're derived from cannabis." derived from Canabis being the key words.

CBD's however are also found in the "hemp" plant, and that is where the CBD's that dixiex is using come from. The hemp plant is legal to import into the U.S. That includes the CBD's that are inside the plant. My knowledge of cbd's is very limited. I dont know the exact chemical compounds or anything like that, but I suspect that the cbd's from the canabis plant and the hemp plant are slightly different. Cbd's are what I believe to be somewhat of a generic name.
