TECO will announce the wells tested for oil which means that they are producing oil and selling oil and the GOB will not dispute this. This should happen by next week at the latest I hope. TECO has ways of always being late but this has a good chance of coming thru next week. Meanwhile the hedge funds are beating our brains out but for not much longer.
