I feel a lot better now and I did not expect them to say anything if this was a scam. Why you ask? His statement would be the nails in his coffin and he would convict himself with his own words and statements and it would open the flood doors for him loosing the shirt off his back and the socks off his feet and time behind bars. If your guilty you would keep your mouth shut and not make any statements, especially to the press. If he does start filing and reporting legit with the SEC, then I think you will see this really take off and start attracting investors who were weary because he wasn't before.
