You raise an excellent point; and thank you for posting the Commission's decision. The vast majority of the suspensions involved companies that issued press releases that were deemed to be inadequate, and companies that were delinquest with respect to their filings.

This only underscores, for me, how in the devil MKHD, who has not disclosed financial information for over a year, managed to avoid being included in that decision.
