Just read this on the SGLN site which is also halted. Any comment on how this could impact KMAG. It was commented that it may be dropped down 1 tier which is not actually GREY. PLs see below & appreciate your feedback on how it could relate to KMAG.

OTCQB - where SGLN is.
OTCPink - where SGLN will be delisted to.
OTCPink Unlimited
OTCPink No Information
