just posting info that is relevant, we could still be clean and are just being investigated to make sure there is no foul before such a big development. this seems to be the reason most of the companies got suspended is they all did 504 financing through TJ management, just being linked with them could have been the reason for the suspension and could be cleared up, I hope:

3:30 pm - WILL MSE SELL TO GLOBAL? There is a ton of conversation in Butte from reasonably informed people that the SEC decision to shut down Global also shuts down the MSE-Global sale. Here is the reasoning behind that idea: 1) If Fallacaro has $7 million bucks to buy MSE - he can have it anytime - basically MSE doesn't give a damn about all the rest of it as long as they get paid. 2) The SEC decision gives Fallacaro a ton of credibility problems when it comes to putting together money or contracts - it was a shaky situation to start with - and the SEC action frightens off investors of any sort. 3) Fallacaro is up to his ears in trouble with the Global situation - it depends a lot on whether the issue between the SEC and Global is unfiled documents - or are there other issues related to stock transactions, stock frauds, misrepresentations, etc. 4) MSE has been doing testing of a mercury removal process - if it is outrageously successful - it might save Fallacaro and the deal with MSE - there is no evidence at all that the process is working at the objective level required. Bottom Line: Seems unlikely that Fallacaro can overcome all these issues, including producing the money to complete the deal. There will be fast moving changes over the next 36 hours on this story. 9-17-12 3:48 pm.
