If KMAG is truly a good company, making sales/profits and is a real business, then I dont see how it could stay in the Grey market. They do not need to raise caoital at this time, so they are not dependant on selling shares to exist. If this is the case, I could not see the MM's not wanting to sponsor this stock, as they can continue to profit from the trading as before, maybe even moreso for a while!
If this is truly a real company, and there is no hanky panky, then we may have to sit tight, but we will eventually get the show back on the road.

HOWEVER, I do worry that this may hurt KMAG's reputation with the 'big boy' customers. As with all major merchants, manufacturers and big business, they will do due dilligence on their potential suppliers, credit checks, reputation, etc. If KMAG does not already have some iron clad contracts, this may just end up as a holding company for some innovative patents, and bye bye business.
I hardly ever post, and I have a LOT on the line here. Let's hope they get this resolved BEFORE the 10 days are up, maybe there will be a miracle?

Long and Strong (and hurting) KMAG!!!
