No offense...but that's just a generic question. No dividend has been announced, and I have never said that we will 100 percent, definitely be getting a dividend. CT's trade on the greys and they have a Q on the end of their symbol....that alone is enough for most people to stay away. Also, the request for a W9 was made to some (not all) people that hold stock allready. In many cases involving stock, a W9 request means a monetary distribution of some kind is coming. Not 100 percent certain that is the case here, but they could be preparing for something. Concerning PPS, especially with these kinds of stocks..."tons of people" do not allways find things out beforehand, many times they are chasing after news is released and that drives stock prices up, only the few that were "in" before the news hits truly make out big.
