lmorovan...just read your most recent posts! How anyone can dispute the facts you have layed out is beyond me. Your letters to the judge were also right on target. The fact that he did not consider their merit was a slap in the face to all LOCH shareholders. I won't say I'm surprised though. In my conversations with Mr. Kamber, he more or less insinuated this was going to be a backdoor thing. At least that's how I took it.

Nothing about this whole mess appears to be on the up & up. Including the offer to treat me like a plaintiff and give me 25,000 shares of Loch Harris. Of course there were strings attached. Two things quickly come to mind. I would not follow through on any legal action to stop the SA and I would have to stop posting anything bad about Mr. Kamber. Yeah, they could offer to treat me like a plaintiff because of all the hard work and effort I had put forth. At least that is what I was told by Mr. Kamber. They can call it anything they want but to me it appeared to be a bribe!

Most of the ex-loch shareholders, (now CDEX shareholders) don't have a clue about what was going on behind the scenes. I posted quite a bit of information in regards to what was going on but a massive effort was lauched to destroy my credibility and to silence me. I'm sure you know the feeling Mr. lmorovan!

One thing that really sticks out in my mind is, Robert Stewart answering MP's email. I have to believe it happened exactly like you say it did because you included this information in your letter to the judge. Only a fool would attempt to do something like that if it wasn't true. And if it wasn't true, I believe Mr. Stewart would have started some type legal action against you by now. But he hasn't as far as I know.

I also remember him fabricating an email supposedly from you but got caught when the day and date didn't match the month. Until this little error was detected he swore it was the truth. Once caught, he changed his tune to saying it was a pratical joke to teach you a lesson. If it hadn't been for the day/date problem, I believe the real truth would still be up for arguement today.

And it just keeps on going!
