Could everything have been fake?

Stuff that seems suspicious:

-No staff
-JR is the only one that answers emails from his blackberry with very poor grammar, no professionalism
-2000% revenue increase on unaudited financials with no customers ever named

Just saying, it seems fishy. Could the revenues and PRs have all been made up? Does anyone have proof of anything?
