It is just pure MM manipulation at this level. They control it and can do what they want to allow them and their MM friends in,out, short, etc... It will be that way until Elite passes a certain PPS level where the MM cannot make it move and manipulate it so easy any longer. When the longs have full control and the float is all but gone.
