It's a gray sheets stock but it appears that the bid/ask is currently, $0.001/$0.07.

There is zero volume, period. Why would any one holder feel it is their responsibility to place stiff bid support?

Holders must face the fact here of the possibility that any and all transactions which ever occurred may have been buys which were filled via short sales, rather than by a real seller, and that it takes mere cents to print any current price. That is the reality, not the smoke and mirror games played on message boards.
