Andrew this has hit your 1st target price at .11 did you cover? Again what date, where was it placed, and how much? Is what yu are short a modest postion you are short are is is what IPWG states of over 700k shares short? Again, find it hard to believe predicated on what yu said that you were long 140k of stock and are short very small just not making sense. I do believe this one is broke and the tender will not happen.
