It is not 'faulty', it is an historical record of association and/or employment, as it were. The onus was on MIHL to provide TRANSPARENCY.
It matters not that the company has changed...ever use the word 'FORMER'? It is used all the time in CV's, disclosures and profiles. e.g. Larisa SALTSOVA, President from _00_ to _00_ of the former Excel Funding Inc. Use the other directors as a template. The shareholders have a right to know everything about their company President in order to make an informed decision.

The internet is a two-edged sword and can be used very effectively to deceive.
