There is no libel here, so if someone expresses their opinion, it must be pretty strong if it influences stock price. A company should be able to stand on its own merits; it should not be blown because of what an investor, private citizen says.

I think the IPhone 5 is a crap product....did the stock drop below $600/share because I said it?
