We don't know as of yet. All we know is the split will be from the "existing" Common Stock or OS at the time of it. They only announced that they were going to do it, and no date was included. Apart from the selling, my thoughts on the retails are traders that specifically trade RS. I know a few, and they load up before it and after it, manipulating the almost always initial runs from a RS.
