Well let me be more specific. I am hearing of increased budgets, and large increase in demand for sofware jobs. There are some push outs for the last 4 weeks do to Iraq, but the managers expect to splurge within 3 months.

The folks I know who are unemployed now have jobs to pick from. vs. no inquiries 3 months ago.

The fact that someone who always sees nothing but bad sees that now, may be a poor source so I am not including those sources, and likewise with the sunny Johns of the world
