The SEC does not suspend a stock on a whim or a guess. They conduct an investigation prior. Meaning that KMAG was investigated and something is VERY WRONG and ultimately the decision was made to suspend trading to protect the investing public.

This would not be the case if it was something minor.

This is the reason that no stock has ever come back to normal trading from a suspension.

A suspension is basically a kiss of death. Maybe we can contemplate on the reasons? Fake revenues? Fake PRs? Any ideas?
