"flying under the radar" is an overstatement. There has been no real significant change here with sirgE, a bit of hype driven action is all. Asher still very much involved here, although sirgE now does not have enough shares in the bank to get notes from them any longer, that big ole "E" is still looking very large for something that was nothing more than a simple technicality, company debt continues to increase, a potentially looming A/S increase and still no admendment filed by Marcum to the 10Q.
