The disco, hotel, etc are all closed and have been. Casino slow from all people I have spoken to and seen last night.
My question is why would someone buy a casino, that the property is leased and is at the dead end of the street, where the only business open is the casino. The large sosua hotel beside it is closed and the disco next door. So how much would someone pay for leased rights? Some tables, cards, etc...
