Yes I know but KMAG is a solid company with real products, and it was ready for a second run after consolidation period.

It looks like KMAG got caught in a sting raid operation and they are innocent of everything..... hopefully!!!

Right now they have to be upfront to their shareholders, get their attorneys in line, hire an auditor to show they are on the up and up.

Once delisted, it's lights out.... It's a reminder I keep on my ledger to know that everything in pennyland can go sour!

1. never marry a penny, regardless, play on free shares if you really believe in the company.

2. Pennies are cyclical... one day they are rocket soaring, the next they are crashing and burning, to then start the cycle again!

3. Most pennies are JUNK momentum plays!!!! in and out.

If you want to play the game, you have to take the risk... otherwise put it in a 2% cd, there you'll be safe....maybe!
