Trrader086/adama1984, Gentlemen, At this time I can not think of anything that is more exciting and is causing more excitement then the anticipation of being notified that the RESORT deal is signed, sealed and delivered.

Problem is we have lawyers and government officials involved. Need I say more?

According to Mr. Swank during his presentation of the new resort he stated that the entire process should conclude within approximately 45 days. Now I know we have heard those words before, but I firmly believe things are completely different this time.

Both parties are anxious to complete this deal as promptly and as efficiently as possible.

I understand they are mixing a fresh batch of ink and molding new pens to be used during the signing ceremonies currently. As you must know there will be a series of signings before this deal is complete. I am guessing it will all be over on or before November one.
