I concur Foghorn and from what I've gathered in the many M & A articles I've read regarding reverse mergers, on average it takes 3-4 months to complete them; so I think we are gonna be just fine. That said I still want find out if a date has been set for the trial in Canada involving Trinity Capital, because it could affect timing IMO.
