Today has been about a bad a day as I have had in 3 years. The halt to KMAG was stunning and shocking.

It doesn't matter why. What matters is that it is halted.

Jeff has some splaining to do and FAST.

His integrity, character and professionalism have been questioned.

I have never seen a halt end well. I hope there is a first time and it is KMAG, but honestly we have to face the facts here. Not good.

I am / was a big supporter of Jeff Reid. I really believed in him to be the real deal. If it proves out that he is just like all the other pink CEO's then I will have to change my method of due diligence in some shape, way or form because everything I read and did never, ever would have brought me to this conclusion.

Jeff, your at bat. You need to step up and be counted. Ball is in your court.

All the blather aside from today - the reality is KMAG and Jeff Reid are in a struggle for their business lives - make no mistake about that.

Your integrity and your word are everything in business. He will never be trusted again unless this gets cleared up fast and with proper responses from the SEC. Otherwise we are toast.
