Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 5:42 PM ET) -- Seven Arts Entertainment Inc. slapped two entertainment industry executives with a $6 million suit in California on Wednesday, accusing them of breaching prior settlement agreements by falsely claiming they had distribution rights to rapper DMX's new album “Undisputed.”

Defendants Craig Sussman and Charles Gullo breached August settlement agreements with Seven Arts — which included a release of claims for a debt Sussman and Gullo were allegedly owed — by making “scurrilous threats” about Fontana Distribution LLC's Sept. 11 release of “Undisputed,” the complaint said.
