The convert owners don't take converted PCFG shares & dump them in the open market. The convert owners massively short PCFG before they convert to collapse the share price & then they convert at the discounted price. These Shylocks use the converted shares to cover their PCFG shorts. They don't have to buy shares in the open market to cover their shorts, they use the converted shares to cover. The convert death spiral debt owners make tons of profit, collapse the share price, cause mass dilution all at the expense of PCFG shareholders. The convert owners do this with the consent & blessing of the Landau/Geisler failure team. If the L/G failure team hadn't failed again to deliver the gold goods, none of this would ever have happened.
