I think we are getting too creative here;

I don't think SNEY would allow "PPS to crash" or keep low, nor do I think the old management has sold any shares!.

I think SNEY has to look at the bigger picture and not take steps that will have a negative impact on it's "fund raising" abilities as mentioned above, it would not be wise or strategically beneficial for SNEY to take such steps.

Gentlemen, you are making an argument where there is no issue to contend.

Just my opinion.
