I just sent an email to Jeff Gray, the law reporter for Toronto's Globe and Mail, whom has been covering the tax donation scheme involving James Beatty and Trinity Capital, among other individuals and firms purported to be complicit in defrauding investors. Good morning, Jeff.

Having read your article exposing the ongoing litigation in the lawsuit filed by Marc Charette, involving what amounts to be several individuals complicit in a donation tax scheme, I am especially interested in James Beatty.
I am an retail investor in two companies he is involved with; each having signed letters of intent to facilitate reverse mergers. In your article, you mention that a Superior Court Judge has ruled that this lawsuit will need to go to trial. Do you happen to know if and when a trial date has been set; if so would you be so kind as to share that with me? I would be grateful, as many of us investors have some concerns as to how the timing of the trial might influence the timing of the proposed mergers.
