I too called Finra when the the June 2nd update came out and they confirmed what was posted by MDMN was correct. In other words they confirm they researched Group A and the deal and found nothing that was not Kosher. Finra will confirm if they are investigating a firm and they will confirm if they found anything not Kosher to warn shareholder about. If everything is Kosher the investigation is dropped.
