If the HK company is a private company and has the want to get a market in the US as well as take the company public, what better way then to merge or buyout someone with all the things that ELTP has going.

I have no knowledge of anything like this being a fact but just throwing around ideas that might make sense.

As you stated, one of the only reasons I have ever seen for confidentiality, in my many years of being around the market, has been merger and acquisition talks.
