An s-4 takes on average 30 to 90 days to get approved by the SEC, you recieved a status report a couple of weeks ago, the company will advise its shareholders when they deem it appropriate on issues concerning:
a. audit sign-offs
b. 1 for 1 sign-off
c. s-4 filings
d. s-4 approvals
I am communicating that we still have an opportunity to have approval by years end that shouldn't be depressing Doc, didn't you post dates indicating a June approval and steh's date was never. I predict steh will be optimistic again by November 1st, and you will be at that point 1/4 full. Good-luck.
