Really?

Now please REMEMBER the following:

ASYI is delinquent with its filing of the Augut 14th 2nd quarterly 10-Q. Indeed, it didn't even attempt to obtain an extension to file. Kind of careless, and even a tad arrogant about that, eh?

MKHD is a PENNILAND POSTER-CHILD for having a "lack of current information" ... it's last known filing with the SEC having been IT'S SECOND QUARTERLY 10-Q FOR THE YEAR 2011.
