I agree it's likely a good thing to separate, but there will be steps needed to be taken such as a buyout.
It's also possible Michael Llamas is innocent.
If Llamas was doing anything illegal within MJNA, that will have to be dealt with.
I believe MJNA will find a way to overcome this hurdle and move onto great heights. It's a tough day for the company, but these are moments that can be harnessed and turned into positive energy. Once Dixie X is in Walgreens and Whole Foods, this will be old news.
