my guess is the whole thing is going in a different direction, the company had too many things going on. It is about timing, maybe grady needed a little more time under his belt to handle it but it moved fast and he failed. not intentionally but circumstances just happen...i am sure he could have been competent but it didn't work out that way....new direction, new time, new dreams, new hope for the future of this "could be" gem
